Water treatment

Compact units for waste water treatment

  • gas chlorination devices
  • dosing systems
  • automatic systems for chlorination and measurement devices
  • scada systems remote control and data transfer
  • production of sodium hypochlorite from salt
  • compact units for waste water treatment

Waste water treatment is carried out using the SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) technology with a continuous water inflow, which has high efficiency of biological wastewater treatment. In addition to high efficiency, advantage of such systems is also reflected in a simplified design, because in SBR technology is not required a separate sedimentation tank. Bio-reactor is, at the same time, used as a settler in process of biomass accumulation and also for aeration process.

SBR cycle is composed of several stages:

Fill: Raw wastewater, which passed the grid and the separation of fat, flows into the basin and mixes with settled biomass from the previous cycle. After the fill phase, the influent valve is closed and the influent is ready for the next phase.

React: The basin is aerated and biological oxidation takes place, similar to aeration and microbiological oxidation in conventional activated sludge process.

Settle: The process of aeration stops and the particles are deposited on the bottom of the basin, leaving the clean water in the upper part of the volume.

Decant: Clean water is discharged using the mechanism for decantation.

Idle: Sludge is removed from the bottom of the basin.

All phases in within the SBR unit, are fully automated, ensuring the quality of evacuated (purified) water regardless of the daily fluctuations of influent in terms of flow. Thanks to the programmable nature of automation, the plant operation can easily be changed by the technical service center or by user depending on demands.

All equipment is controlled by the Automatic control panel or can be converted to manual operation.

SBR modular process units (SBR containers) are suitable for small communities, from 25 up to 1000 population equivalent and their dimensions are from 120x200x220 cm to 240x1300x280 cm.
